3. How to set up a group account for children without a phone number
When authenticating or confirming an account configured as a child (by Microsoft Family Systems), one recommendation is that the authentication or validation process should trigger a verification by the Microsoft Family Systems (parent) application – authentication for any other height or representation – by adding a personal phone number Not at all.
You can register the same phone number for two-factor authentication in two or more two different accounts. This way, you will receive SMS when signing in from the new locations. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can install the Microsoft Authentication app for that security bit.
It works well for cooperative accounts but not for a private account – both the cooperative and private Microsoft accounts can be used by teams with the same two-factor authentication phone number. However, two private accounts are not possible in this case.
4. MS Teams on the iPod do not work
You need to install the latest version of iOS because Microsoft Teams requires at least iOS 11 to be compatible with your other Apple device.

Quick fixes

- Alternatively, go to Calls and see that all your contacts are listed there.
- Sign out of your teams account, wait a few seconds, and then sign in again. See if your contacts appear now.
Re-import your contacts
- Make sure your Outlook address book is in sync with the teams.
- One reason teams may not be able to locate your contacts is to sync Outlook contacts, or teams failed to import.
Start Outlook and select the address book.
- Then click on the first contact and select all the contacts.
- Click on the file and select Add to Contacts. Check your contact list and click Outlook Contacts to make sure all contacts are synced successfully.
- Start the Teams app and go to the list of calls/contacts. Keep in mind that contacts may take a few hours to sync. In rare cases, the entire process may take up to 24 hours.
Alternatively, you can open the Global Address Book from Outlook using the People icon located next to the Meeting Icon. Find Global and open the global address book. Then you select all the users and click Add to Contacts. Alternatively, you can select individual users if you do not prefer to import all the contacts.

MS Team app allows the users to define and set specific restrictions on how to find and interact with other users within the Microsoft Teams organization. This feature is called Scope Search. If it is enabled, turn it off and test whether teams can now find your contacts.

- Nest, select Org-wide Settings, and click on Teams Settings.
- Go to Search and find the following option:
-

Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent this. A participant who has been removed from the chat can see previous chat history but will not see new messages in the group.
People who have been removed from the chat can see previous chat history but cannot send new messages, react to messages, and view new conversations or files shared by the group.
Note: If someone leaves the group or is removed from the chat, their messages will be in the group chat history. However, message editing in the group chat will make that message invisible to the former participants.
